The gowns are fine, they can really alter immediately.
The stylist are great, they would have their own ideas such that your hairstyle would go with your gown. They would also ensure that the gowns and suits are compatible, however, as and when you can drop in a few ideas.
I like the planning of the whole process. I like the zone that is dedicated to each couple where you can do your changing and choose your gown. And the customer service they provided was great. I guess it's not anywhere you would see it.

Improvement wise, maybe for the groom side, there can be more variety of suits to choose from.
